Dreamland Beach

Dreamland Beach (now known as New Kuta Beach) is a beach located on the Bukit peninsula, on the island of Bali, Indonesia.[1]
The beach provides basic accommodation and cafes for surfers and day-trippers. It is also renowned for its dangerous shorebreak.
It is the site of the failed Pecatu Graha development, planned by Tommy Suharto, the youngest son of the former president Suharto.
As of 2008 this is an active building site with all the previous Warongs having been levelled for a hotel complex.

Rambut Siwi Temple

Rambut Siwi Temple is the most important temple in Jembrana which lies about 20 km west of the Tabanan border by the village of Yeh Embang. Its entrance is marked by a smalll shrine at the edge of the road, where Balinese travelers stop briefly to pray for safety in their journey. Two hundred meters from the main road lies the main temple complex, perched on a cliff at the edge of the ocean.

Lovina Beach

Tulamben Beach

Tulamben Beach is diving heaven in place in Bali. Some of Bali's most interesting diving is gound at tulamben, where the shallow wreck of WWII Us cargo ship is now festooned with colourfull corals and schools of tropical fish. It is also one of the few places one can stay on the east coast, north of Candi Dasa. The beach although pebbled, is quite pretty and the water is clear and good for snorkelling. There are numbers of losmen and warung along the main beach, and it can give quite busy here on the weekends and throughtout June and July.

Goa Lawah, as the name indicates the meaning the bat cave Goa Lawah is the home of thousands of bats, hanging on the upper surface of the cave during the days and leaving their abode during the nights. Nobody knows precisely when the cave was found except, maybe, the ancestors of the bats. The cave is considered as holy, so the locals built a temple on its front yard. If hearsay is to be believed there is a hole extending back to the base of mount Agung but who wants to prove that?
